Introducing Our Mini Acro-Dance (M.A.D.) Classes

Air Tracks & Dance Tracks!

Every Monday, children aged 3–7 years can join us for a fun, energetic class combining acrobatics, dance and movement. Our Mini Acro-Dance classes are a great introduction to the world of dance and acro, helping children develop new skills while building confidence and having fun.

In our M.A.D. classes, children will learn fundamental acro skills using our soft, safe Air Tracks, alongside a variety of dance styles and routines. From upbeat pop songs to much-loved musical theatre numbers, there’s something to keep everyone engaged and moving.

Our classes are designed to develop flexibility, balance, coordination, strength and confidence, while giving children the opportunity to explore movement and performance in a supportive environment. With our experienced and friendly teachers guiding them throughout, every child can learn at their own pace and enjoy watching their skills grow.

These classes are “Drop & Go”, meaning parents should drop their child off promptly at the start of the class and return to collect them when the session finishes.
