Love acro, tricks and learning new skills? Our Acro-Nique classes are all about building confidence, strength and ability through a fun, acro-focused class with a twist of freestyle & jazz technique!

The main focus is ACRO, where you’ll learn and develop exciting new skills using our AirTrack mats — whether you’re taking your first steps into acro or already have experience.

Alongside the acro, our freestyle & jazz technique work helps you build coordination, control, flexibility and technique, giving you a strong foundation to develop your acro skills and dance tricks.

Expect acro skills, jumps, balances, flexibility, strength, dance tricks and technique, with challenges and progressions to suit different ages and abilities.

Never tried acro before? No problem!
Whether you’re 8 or 18, a complete beginner or looking to take your skills further, there’s something for everyone.
